Very disturbing and haunting just like the Amy Adams character feeling about her ex-husband’s novel in the movie.
見終わった後も心乱される感じが続く。作品の中の、元夫の小説を読んで動揺するエイミー・アダムスのように。

Very faithful and well-done adaptation of a beloved Japanese modern classic novel about Christian faith. However, very last scene that Scorsese added might show his limited understanding of the source novel.
遠藤周作のキリスト教の信仰についての原作小説を非常に忠実に映画化しているが、スコセッシ監督が一番最後に付け加えた場面によって、彼が本当に原作を理解しているのかどうか疑問に思った。
